Information submitted through the inquiry form.
When consultation inquiries are open, the website form requests your name, email address, optional phone number, and the type of service you are asking about. A privacy or website question can also be selected.
The form does not request tax records, identifying numbers, bank information, payment details, or file uploads. Do not use it to send sensitive personal or financial information.
How inquiry information is used.
Information you submit is used to respond to the inquiry, discuss the requested service, and administer the initial contact. It may be available to people authorized to handle inquiries for the practice.
Submitting an inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing messages or create an engagement. This website does not include a newsletter signup or advertising audience-enrollment form.
Hosting and form processing.
The website is designed to be hosted on Netlify. When the inquiry form is active on that platform, Netlify processes the submission as part of providing the form service. Hosting and security providers may process technical information, such as network and request data, to operate and protect the website.
Information may also be handled by the email service used to respond to an inquiry. See Netlify's privacy policy for information about its practices.
Analytics, advertising, and cookies.
This website does not include third-party analytics scripts, advertising pixels, embedded social feeds, or an advertising cookie system in its current configuration. Hosting, security, or form services may use technical mechanisms needed to provide their functions.
If the website's tools change, this notice should be reviewed to describe the changed processing. A link to another website is governed by that website's own practices when you visit it.
Access, retention, and deletion questions.
You may ask about information you submitted or request correction or deletion through the contact page. Choose the privacy or website question option and do not include private records in the initial request.
Some information may need to be retained for a legitimate business purpose or an applicable obligation. Identity verification may be needed before a request involving personal information can be addressed.
Security and sensitive records.
No website or method of communication can promise absolute security. The consultation form is deliberately limited to basic inquiry information and is not intended for tax-document exchange.
For an accepted engagement, obtain the practice's separate document-delivery instructions rather than using this form or an unconfirmed link.
Questions about this notice.
Use the contact page to begin a privacy-related inquiry. This notice may be updated when the website or its information-handling practices change.
